You could easily find jams in the market but talking about quality, good shepherd jams are BFAD (Bureau of Food and Drug) approved! You can enjoy it better knowing how these were made. One more thing about these jams is that you could also buy them for relatives/frien-ds worrying about their diabetes or figures since they also make these without sugar (would cost extra bucks of course) :) |

A six hour- drive from Manila is all it takes to be greeted by the calming scent of the pine trees. Dubbed as the “Salad Bowl of the Philippines” locals and visitors alike enjoy fresh vegetables (not to mention “cheap”).
Baguio City due to its cool climate is known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines. With the tourism sector’s thrust of developing and promoting other tourist destinations in the country, it may soon lose its title. But Baguio City folks knew better.
